This event is specific for beginners that are interested in learning how to trail run. There is no prior experience needed and a basic running base is recommended.
One hour run/walk followed by a trail safety discussion.
Parents and caregivers: On-site childcare is provided! Run and connect while your kids play.
There is a nominal $25 fee to support the on-site childcare costs.
