ABOUT ME

Hi! I’m Melissa, an endurance runner, mother, and advocate of running and the associated mental health benefits. Having faced pregnancy loss, PTSD and anxiety, I understand the power of connection and support, which is why I'm passionate about creating a community where no one runs alone. Running coaches need to provide mental health support on those hard days, while also pushing you to achieve your athletic goals. I can say I’ve been there, and I understand when you need to rest or be pushed.
